
Proof that Humans are Fruit Eaters
Body Odor
The proof is that human beings are fruit eaters is all around us. Let's start with body odor. Body odor is not normal. We are not supposed to stink. Think about this...You Stink and you stink everyday. You wake up, you shower, you soap up, you dry off and then what? You put on deoderant. Why wasn't soap and water enough? Why do you still need deoderant? No other species since the beginning of creation has needed deoderant and we don't either when we eat the way we are supposed to eat. Body odor is a sign that we are not eating the way we were designed to eat. Body odor is a sign of poor hygiene. If someone walked into your workplace with a strong, unpleasant body odor, you would equate that with having poor hygiene. But the truth is you only smell them because they didn't put on deoderant that morning. If you were to leave home without putting on deoderant, you would smell just as bad. When you put on deoderant, you are only hiding how bad you smell, you're trapping your odor inside with a barrier of chemicals. It's like putting a lid on a jar to keep the contents in the jar. Showering does nothing to address body odor and you're not even cleaning your body when you shower, that's why you still stink and need to wear deoderant. If you don't believe me, try going the whole day without putting on deoderant. Body odor, bad breath, stinky feet, hair, are all proof you're eating wrong. I haven't had to wear deoderant in about five years becasue when I started eating just fruits and stopped eating things like the rotten flesh off of the carcasses of murdered animals, the body odor went away. Our bodies need to be cleaned on the inside, this is where the body odor is coming from, this is where the sickness and disease comes from, and this is what fruits do, Fruits clean your body on the inside, where it matters most. I don't even take showers like everyone else, I haven't done that in about four or five years either.

Sickness and Disease
Sicknesses and diseases are not normal and they are proofs that you are eating wrong. No other species suffers the diseases humans suffer. I'm writing this on November 3rd, 2025 and to date, there is an estimated 8.2 billion people in the world. Out of that 8.2 billion, I read that more than 2.5 billion are overweight and obese, over 1.1 billion have some form of chronic liver disease, approximately 850 million people have some form of kidney disease, over 800 million people have diabetes, it's hard to get a number on cancer but in 2022, 20 million people were diagnosed with cancer and 9.7 million died from it, in just one year! More than 1 billion people have a mental disorder, which I would argue that number is significantly higher than that, over half a billion people have some form of heart disease and heart disease has been the number one killer of humans for over 100 years. It's estimated that 1 of every 3 deaths are due to heart disease and the list of diseases that people suffer is endless and about 70% of Americans are on at least one prescription drug. There are many more diseases which people suffer but just these few that I mentioned include almost the entire global population! Many people think disease can be hereditary or genetic but this is not true. Sicknesses and diseases are the result of putting the wrong things in your body. If you have a car that runs great and one day you put the wrong gas in it and it starts sputtering and jerking, it's because the car is old or because it's a Ford and this is just what Fords do, it's because you put the wrong gas in it. If you were to look at the diets of all of these people suffering these diseases, you would find that they all eat the same things and you would also find that none of these billions of people who are suffering every year are eating exclusively from nature. None of them are eating just fruits. They are all eating death from slaughterhouses, they are all drinking cow's milk and eating things made from cow's milk although they are not cows, they are eating body fats, vaccines, hormones, antibiotics, drugs, blood, parasites, fecal matter, sawdust, mold, hair, human flesh, carbon monoxide, rats, dogs, cats, insects, things that come out of animal's asses, artificial flavors, aritifical colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, salt, oil, things that are cooked, things that are processed, things they can't pronounce, mystery ingredients and more. The truth is people don't even know what they're eating because they are allowing people to make them things to eat and they're not watching them when they do it. People are suffering and dying of natural causes, they are posioning their bodies and eventually killing themselves by putting things in their bodies that don't belong, and they call these things food.

What is Food?
How can we know what we are supposed to eat? Stop letting people who love money and profit from sickness and disease teach you how to eat, and listen to Mother nature. The rules are the same for every species and they couldn't be simpler: eat what you like, and eat it in its natural state. That's it. This is what every species since the beginning of creation has done. Now, what can you eat and enjoy in its natural state? If nature made it edible, it's food. If nature made it inedible, it's not food. We get into error when we make inedible things edible by altering and denaturing them.
The #1 Killers of Human Beings
Flesh
People swear they love eating the rotten flesh off of the carcasses of murdered animals and the blood, parasites and fecal waste in it. They say it tastes delicious. But if it tasted delicious, they wouldn't cook it. They cook it because it's nasty and inedible in its natural state. They also wouldn't put seasonings and sauces on it to make it taste good if they really liked the way it taste. They do these things because they don't like it. They use sorcery, what people refer to as cooking, to make it taste good so they can eat it. People say well humans have eaten flesh for thousands of years and that's true. But what they fail to mention is humans have also suffered from cancers, heart diseases and diabetes for thousands of years and flesh causes all these diseases and more, in HUMANS, not other animals who were designed to eat flesh. In fact, flesh today has been listed as a carcinogen and it's in the same catgeory as cigarettes and asbestos. Eating flesh is arguably the number one cause of death for human beings because it's a main cause of heart disease and specifically artherosclerosis, which is plaque build up in the arteries. This plaque is made of things like fat and cholesterol which are dominant in an animal's flesh just as it is in ours. We wouldn't pour animal fats down our sink drain because we know it would eventually clog our pipes but billions of us are pouring these same fats into our bodies and they do the same thing to our arteries as they do to sink drains. Billions of people are suffering from diseases and premature death because they are not eating things in their natural states. Everyone who has died from disease, since the beginning of creation died because they were not eating things in their natural state. Flesh has always been one of the main killers of humanity and is linked to infectious diseases from contaminated flesh, chronic diseases, neurodegenerative conditions, and vascular diseases such as: E. coli infection, Salmonella infection, Shigella infection, Campylobacter infection, Clostridium perfringens infection, Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), Trichinosis, Scrapie, ischemic heart disease, pneumonia, diverticular disease, colon polyps, diabetes, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, gastritis and duodenitis, gallbladder disease, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, lymphoma, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, stroke, heart failure, abdominal aortic aneurysm, intracranial aneurysm, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, depression, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, asthma, and more.
Sugar
Another one of the main killers of human beings is artificial sugar. These artificial sugars are used to draw people away from eating what nature made and trick them into eating things made my men whose business it is to make things for people to eat. But these people are motivated by greed and their love for money. Nature doesn't have any agenda and nature gives us good foods to eat free of charge. What they have done in most of our lives is replace nature. It would be like if you as a child stopped eating at home, stop eating what your mother makes and only ate from your friend's house and only ate what they made. Making something to eat is a peculiar thing because mother nature has already made everything for us to eat and it's delicious but humans are ungrateful and don't want it. NAture produces foods for us to eat for free but humans would rather pay to eat things that are not food. Nature provides for us all but we have been tricked into believing otherwise. This wouldn't be possible without sugar though because humans are fruit eaters by nature and this means we love the taste of sweet foods. Fruit is the only thing on the planet that is naturally sweet that you can make a meal of. There are not many things we will eat or drink if it's not sweet. humans who love money have exploited this and they put sugar in everything to mimic charateristics of fruits. White sugar is the first of many processed, artificial sugars and it was created around 2,500 years ago. Sugar is linked to diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, obesity which is not a disease, high blood pressure, dementia, certain types of cancer, weight gain, heart attacks, strokes, inflammation, nerve damage, damage to blood vessels and organs over time, makes your skin wrinkled and so much more. It's another drug and a poison to our bodies. Just think, if you didn't eat these artificial sweeteners, what would your eating and drinking look like? And if you only satisfied your sweet tooth with the foods nature provides to satisfy your sweet tooth, how different would your eating be? How much healthier would you be? If humans had not invented artificial sugars, we would be eating a lot more fruits, possibly fruits exclusively like I have been doing for the past 2+ years.
Why Fruit?

Fat
Fats can be addictive because they trigger the release of dopamine and other "feel-good" chemicals. This is perfect in a society which is designed to keep people busy, stressed, full of anxiety, worries, cares, insecurities, self-hate, the sense of unworthiness and more. Most people don't have peace with themselves, they have traumas they have never healed from, and they're living in survival mode. They feel like they don't have the time or the finances to take time out to feel and heal so they suppress the stress and keep it moving. The number one way most people suppress the stress is through their eating addictions. It is because of their unhealthy mental and emotional states that eating becomes an addiction. Most people aren't eating for nutrition, they're not eating for good health, they're not eating to live, they're eating to feel better. There are deeper issues at the root of why we eat the way we eat, there are deeper issues at the root of addiction, there are deeper issues at the root of why we don't read ingredients labels, why we eat at traps like mcdonalds, why we eat things that we know are unhealthy, why we eat from labratories, slaughterhouses and factories instead of nature. And the fake food industry takes advantage of this by studying addiction and creating combinations of addictive substances that make you feel good when you eat and drink them, making your problems go away, comforting you in the moment and giving you peace. People aren't really addicted to what they're eating and drinking, they're addicted to the feeling they get when they eat and drink certain things, they're addicted to the peace they experience. This often leads to overeating, weight gain, obesity, and a host of diseases when a person is not at peace with themselves. They are eating to escape their inner reality and fat helps people do that. But fats become even more addictive when combined with flesh, or artifiial sugars, salt, cow's milk, etc...In some cases, as with pizza, all of these drug like substances are combined on one product and that's why what they call pizza is named the most addictive food in the world. Although it's not food. It's more like a drug smorgasboard. Some fats are healthy and needed by our bodies. Animal fats or fats in cows milk are never one of them. Healthy fats such as fats found in fruits like avocado and nuts improve heart health, brain function, vitamin absorbption, cell and organ health, hormone production and reduce inflammation. Whereas consumption of unhealthy fats such as the body fat of animals and the fat found in their milk is linked to heart diseases, cancers, diabetes, weight gain, heart attacks, strokes, obesity and more.

I've Eaten Just Fruits for more than 2 years
I'm on social media every day sharing my journey with the world. I've been on this journey for more than 10 years. In the last five I ate fruits for a whole year, I fell off because I had addictions that wouldn't allow me to eat just fruits. I went through withdrawls during my first year of all fruit. During this period I learned what addiction is, I learned why we become addicts, what we are really addicted to, and the cause of all addiction. In May of 2023, I started my 100% fruit journey back again with an epic journey of eating just watermelon for 160 days that went viral.
